IG International has imported and distributed fresh fruit in India since 1970. We source from growers and exporters in more than 22 countries and supply wholesalers, modern retail and quick-commerce partners across 27 cities.
Our own cold chain carries fruit from port to market: 16 cold storages and 2 cold storage terminals with a capacity of 40,000 pallets, 200 trucks and 200+ refrigerated containers. We handle around 150,000 MT of fruit a year across more than 31 product varieties.
Alongside imports, we have 1,500 hectares of land under management across 7+ perishable products, and we market fruit under our own IG brands through 28 wholesale outlets.

Hortifrut IG Berries Private Limited is our joint venture with Hortifrut, a global leader in blueberries, for fruit production and marketing in India.
Our blueberries are marketed in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai under the “Berry On” brand. Combining Hortifrut’s growing expertise with IG International’s distribution and logistics, we aim to take blueberries to tier-3 cities across India.
