1. Goods once sold will not be taken back

2. Interest @3% per month will be charged in case of non payment on due date

3. Purchaser shall examine all products upon receipt and shall notify IGInternational within 2 hours of delivery, as specified herein, of all discrepancies and refusal to accept delivery of purchased product Such notice shall be reasonably detailed and explain the discrepancy or why the purchased product was refused.If purchase does not give IGInternational such notice as stated herein, purchaser agrees that such products have been accepted by purchaser as of date of shipment.

4. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

5. If purchaser fails to make timely payment of any amount invoiced hereunder, IGInternational shall have the right to any and all other rights and remedies available to IGInternational at law.Purchaser shall pay all cost of collection including reasonable attorney fees.

6. In no event shall IGinternational be liable for any consequential damages or damages of any kind or nature resulted from goods being in transit.

7. IGInternational shall not be liable to Purchase, Purchaser's Customers, or any other party for any loss, damage or injury that results from the use or application by purchaser, Purchaser's customers, or any other party.
